NDC Hosts the Delegation of the Higher Military Studies Center in France

The National Defence College hosted a delegation from the French Center for Higher Military Studies (CHEM), headed by Brigadier General Navy / Boulderman, and the college's leadership welcomed the delegation, which included (39) officers with the rank of brigadier general from the French Armed Forces and allied forces, on Thursday, April 27th, 2023 at the college's headquarters.

The visit of the delegation of the French Center for Higher Military Studies (CHEM), which was received by His Excellency Major General Staff Pilot / Salem Saeed bin Harmal Al-Shamsi, Commander of the National Defence College and the wing commanders, aims to get to know the National Defence College and the War College closely in addition to exchanging common views. Brigadier General Khalifa Butti Al-Shamsi, in addition to a briefing on the War College presented by a representative of the War College.

The briefing was followed by an introductory tour of the delegation in the departments of the college to see the progress of the academic process of the national defence courses and their scientific facilities prepared with the latest educational, technological and research methods followed.

At the end of the visit, the head of the delegation of the French Center for Higher Military Studies (CHEM) signed his speech in the visitor’s book, after which the two parties exchanged souvenirs at the end of the visit schedule.
