NDC Visit to The Central Bank

The National Defence College organized a field visit to the Central Bank on Wednesday, January 22nd, 2025, for the 12th National Defence course participants, within the course curriculum for the academic year 2024-2025.

The visit, which was headed by Staff Brigadier General Saif Humaid Al Falasi, accompanied by a number of National Defence College officers and faculty members, aims to inform participants about the position and role of the Central Bank in enhancing the financial stability of the UAE, in addition to understanding the strategic objectives and responsibilities of the bank, and identifying the most important challenges and risks that may be exposed to the financial systems in the country, and how the UAE uses financial power to preserve its national interests.

It should be noted that such visits are of particular importance as a channel of communication and intellectual and knowledge exchange between the National Defence College and other national institutions.
