The National Defence College welcomed the visit of His Excellency Major General Staff Pilot / Sheikh Ahmed bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, on Monday August 26th, 2024 at the college's headquarters.
He was received by Brigadier General Pilot Saeed Hassan Al-Yamahi, Commandant of the National Defence College and wing commanders at the college.
The visit of the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces to the College comes within the approved curriculum for visits to the College within the scope of the Ministry of Defence.
During his visit, His Excellency listened to a general explanation about the college and its departments and the most important facilities equipped with the latest technologies and smart educational aids available to participants from the National Defence Course.
At the end of his visit, Major General Staff Pilot / Sheikh Ahmed bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, signed his speech in the college's visitors' book, after which the Commandant of the National Defence College presented a commemorative gift to His Excellency.
