Sudanese Delegation of National Defence College Visits UAE NDC

Staff Brigadier Tareq Khalfan Al Zaabi, NDC Deputy Commandant, received Major General Ahmed Omar Shanan, Commandant of the National Defence College of the Republic of Sudan and his accompanying delegation on Sunday, 23 September 2018 at the headquarters of the NDC in Abu Dhabi. The visit of the Sudanese delegation aims to closely explore the College’s strategic thinking and studies, and to exchange views on issues of common concern.

The delegation was briefed on the College and its academic programs and toured the NDC’s premises, including classrooms and library in order to explore ways and means on how to manage the academic programs of the College.

NDC Deputy Commandant expressed his thanks and gratitude to the delegation for this visit, which enhances cooperation and exchange of knowledge between the colleges of the two countries. For his part, Sudanese NDC Commandant expressed his deep thanks and gratitude for the warm welcome and generous hospitality. At the end of the visit, the two sides exchanged memorial gifts and took a group photo.
