H.E. / Mohammed Ahmed Al Bowardi, Minister of State for National Defence, chaired the meeting of the NDC Supreme on Wednesday, 22/6/2022, in the presence of Their Excellencies, members of the NDC Supreme Council at the NDC headquarters in Abu Dhabi. The Council opened its session with a speech by H.E., in which he welcomed its members, praising their efforts to advance the work of the Council and actuate its role through proposals discussed, developed and put forward that push the institutional work of the NDC forward towards success and excellence.
In its meeting, the Supreme Council discussed the most prominent topics on its agenda related to the 9th session of the National Defence Course (2021-2022) and the 10th NDC session of the next academic year (22-2023) in addition to the proposal for international and regional visits that the college will organize for its 10th Course participants (2022-2023).
The meeting also presented, during its discussion, the new proposal to exclude civil candidates from the job grade requirement for admission.
In conclusion of the meeting, a list of the most important recommendations proposed by the members of the Council was set to advance and sustain the efforts of the NDC in developing the strategic and security thinking of its participants.
